If you are trying to log in using one of the programs listed in this troubleshooter please ensure you have properly set up the connection.  If you are using Front Page, have you checked with Technical Support to ensure your webspace has Front Page Extensions enabled on your webspace?  Please gather up the information you have on the error, what error message comes up, what ftp program you are using and what username and password you are using and send this information to techsupport@fsr.com  A technician will answer your email and assist you in troubleshooting your problem.
