Windows 8 Dialup Setup
Click or tap in the top right corner of the screen
Click or tap on the Settings option in the menu that appears from the side
Click or tap the Control Panel option
Click or tap Network and Internet
Click or tap "Set up a new connection or network"
Click or tap "Internet" and then click or tap Next
Click or tap Choose the Dialup connection
Enter your dialup information
Click or tap Connect to test your dialup settings
