Managing your First Step Account

You can add paid services, change your billing address, make a payment or add email accounts online.

To log into your account, click on the "Account Management" icon in the lower right corner of

Enter your master username (everything before the @ symbol in your primary email address) and password then click "Login" to get access to your account management pages.

  • Changing your address and/or phone number
  • You can View and/or Add Services
  • You can make your payment
